1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process described above for the item you wish to exchange, and then place a new order for the desired item. We handle exchanges as separate transactions to ensure you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
